• Created separate, secure networks for residents, guests, and camera systems to improve both performance and security
• Established a secure VPN connection between both offices so systems can communicate safely and seamlessly
• Moved the existing camera system behind a secure firewall to significantly improve cybersecurity
• Eliminated the need for static IP addresses, saving approximately $1,000 per year
• Provided ongoing support to help diagnose and resolve intermittent internet issues with the service provider

This firm helped our business in more ways than we initially expected. They set up a new office computer and monitor and then assisted in integrating and upgrading some existing systems to which we were tied. They next helped with allowing us to communicate with our entire community where previously we had problems - emails to over 200 resident clients made us appear as spam to some internet carriers - Wireless Fidelity knew how to resolve this. Wireless Fidelity did an excellent job helping us set up and manage our office technology. They installed two new workstations at our South Ocean Blvd location, integrated Starlink as a backup to Comcast, and took care of the local network configuration. They also traced and patched office connections, and even helped resolve issues with our alarm system that came up because of the Starlink setup.
